NextCitizenship Amendment Bill (CAB/CAA) নিয়ে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ আজ উত্তাল। মুসলমানদের আন্দোলনে, মুসলমান শব্দটা আমি ইচ্ছাকৃত ভাবে প্রয়োগ করলাম কারণ আমাদের রাজ্যে মুসলিমদের তোষণ করার জন্য ও রাজনৈতিক লাভ নেওয়ার জন্য ‘সংখালঘু ভাই’ / ‘একটি সম্প্রদায়’ ইত্যাদি বিশেষণ প্রয়োগ করা হয়। পশ্চিমবঙ্গে 9 কোটি জনসংখ্যার মধ্যে 32% মানুষ মুসলিম ধর্মে বিশ্বাস করেন। অর্থাৎ তাদের নাগরিক অধিকার রয়েছে এই রাজ্যের উন্নতিতে শরিক হওয়ার। কিন্তু যে রাজনৈতিক দল এত বেশী মুসলিমদের নিয়ে বলছেন তাদের 294 টি বিধানসভাতে কতজন মুসলমান প্রার্থী রয়েছে এটি জনার জন্য আমার আগ্রহ থাকবে। ক্রমাগত মুসলমানদের ভূল বোঝানোর জন্য হঠাৎ করে স্ফূলিণ্গ যেভাবে বিস্ফোরণের আকার ধারণ করলো। গত 3-4 দিন ধরে ট্রেন ও বাসে আগুন লাগানো হলো । 300-350 কোটি টাকা নষ্ট হলো। হাজর হাজর মানুষ বাড়ি ফিরতে পারলো না ট্রেন অচল হওয়ার জন্য। দেড় লাখের বেশী ছাত্র ছাত্রী উৎকণ্ঠাতে ভুগছে পরীক্ষা বাতিল হওয়ার জন্য। Highway তে বাস, ট্রাক আটকে রয়েছে। শষ্য, আনাজ, ডিম, মাছ আটকে রয়েছে। আগামী সপ্তাহে যার মূল্য বৃদ্ধি হবে চাহিদা ও জোগানের মূল্য ফর্মুলায় ।উত্তরবঙ্গে দার্জিলিং, কালিম্পং, কার্শিয়ানং এ পর্যটন ব্যবসায় কোটি কোটি টাকা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে। এর মাশুল কে দেবে? এর প্রভাব রাজ্যের অর্থনীতিতে পড়বে। এর মাশুল দিতে হবে আপনার আমার মতো সাধারণ মানুষকে অথচ যার জন্য এই অশান্তি সেই নাগরিক বিল কি বলছে। এই বিল কি কখনো বলেছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ থেকে মুসলমানদের তাড়ানো হবে বা কাউকে গৃহহীন করা হবে? না বলেনি এই নাগরিক বিল। এই বিল কারো নাগরিক অধিকার কেড়ে নেওয়ার জন্য নয়। বরং যে সমস্ত মানুষ বাংলাদেশ,পাকিস্তান ও আফগানিস্তান থেকে ধর্মীয় কারণে গৃহহীন হয়ে বিতাড়িত হয়েছেন সেই মানুষদের বাঁচার সুরক্ষা ও নাগরিক অধিকার দেওয়ার জন্য কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার এই নাগরিক বিল এনেছে। এই নাগরিক আইন যদি সত্যি বেআইনি হতো তাহলে গত তিন দিনে 59 টি কেস করেছে বামফ্রন্ট ও কংগ্রেস এর বাঘা বাঘা উকিল। সুপ্রিমকোর্ট কিন্তু সবকটি কেস কেই নাকচ করেছে। অর্থাৎ আইনের দিক থেকে কোনো ভূল কাজ করা হয়নি। আর যদি ভবিষৎ সুরক্ষার দিক থেকে প্রশ্ন করা হয়, যে সকল যুব সমাজের আমার ভাই বোনেরা তৃণমূলের মিছিলে ভিড় করছো তাদের জ্ঞাতার্থে জানাই 1947 সালে ভারতবর্ষে হিন্দুর সংখ্যা ছিল 84%, 2017 সালে কমে হয় 80% । পাকিস্তানে 1947 সালে হিন্দুর সংখ্যা ছিল 20% 2017 সালে কমে হয় 1.6% আর বাংলাদেশে 1971 সালে হিন্দুর সংখ্যা ছিল 22% সেটি 2017 সালে কমে হয় কেবলমাত্র 9%। আজকে এত লক্ষ্য লক্ষ্য মানুষ কোথায় গেল ? এরা যদি আমার আপনার বাবা, মা,ভাই, বোন, আত্মীয় পরিজন হতো তাহলে কি আমরা এতো সহজে ভূলে যেতাম ? তাহলে কি এই বিলের বিরোধীতা করতাম ? আমরা নিজের কবর নিজেই খুঁড়ছি না তো? ভারতবর্ষের সমৃদ্ধি ও উন্নতির জন্য সবাই মিলে উন্নতি করবো। কিন্তু আজকে যে মানুষেরা বাংলাদেশ ও পাকিস্তান থেকে বিতাড়িত হচ্ছে, আমাদের মনে রাখতে হবে ভারতবর্ষ ছাড়া তাদের যাওয়ার আর কোনো জায়গা নেই। যদিও মুসলিমদের যাওয়ার জন্য 57 টা ইসলামীক রাষ্ট্রীয় আছে। তাই আমি অনুরোধ করবো- আর একবার ভাবো, আর একবার চিন্তা করো এই নাগরিক বিলের বিরোধীতা করার আগে। #CAA #CAB Bjp4Bengal BJP4India
